Warranty Policy
Last Updated: 12/01/2025
At Legion Development LLC, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and the materials used in your project. This Warranty Policy outlines our standard 1-year warranty for residential construction, remodeling, and development work performed by our team.
This policy applies to all work completed under a signed contract unless otherwise stated.
1. 1-Year Workmanship Warranty
Legion Development LLC provides a one (1) year workmanship warranty beginning on the date of substantial project completion.
This 1-year warranty covers:
Defects caused by improper installation
Workmanship-related issues in framing, plumbing, mechanical systems, finishes, or other construction tasks performed by our team
Repairs necessary due to craftsmanship errors within the 1-year period
If a covered issue arises, we will repair or correct the defect at no cost to the homeowner.
2. Manufacturer Warranties (Separate)
Some materials and products installed may carry their own manufacturer warranties, which often exceed one year.
Examples include:
Appliances
Plumbing fixtures
HVAC equipment
Roofing materials
Windows and doors
These warranties are not controlled by Legion Development, and claims must follow manufacturer procedures. We will assist when possible, but the manufacturer has final authority.
3. Subcontractor Work
All subcontracted work is covered under a 1-year warranty, matching Legion Development’s standard warranty period.
Subcontractors may offer longer warranties at their discretion, but the guaranteed minimum coverage is 1 year.
