With over 15 years of experience in the plumbing, mechanical, and construction industries, Alex brings a broad range of technical expertise and leadership to Legion Development. His background includes holding a Builder’s License, Master Plumbing License, Plumbing & Mechanical Contractor’s License, and Plumbing Inspector’s License credentials that demonstrate a deep understanding of the trades and a commitment to building with integrity and precision.
At Legion Development, he is known for problem solving ability, attention to detail, and dedication to delivering homes and projects that are safe, efficient, and built to last.
Alex takes pride in helping shape Legion Development into a company defined by professionalism, teamwork, and customer focused service. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and pets, finding balance and motivation in the moments that matter most.
CMO: Dalton Shoner
Dalton joins remodeling and new construction development after building a strong foundation in his family’s Plumbing and Mechanical business, where he currently serves as Mechanical Director of gas pipe distribution. His transition into development is a natural extension of that experience, rooted in service, trust, and helping clients make confident decisions.
Prior to joining Legion, Dalton gained valuable customer service and leadership experience in retail and the automotive industry, working his way to Assistant Service Director before joining the family business in 2020. Since then, he has built strong relationships with builders, clients, and trades while expanding his knowledge of new construction. In late 2025, Dalton earned his real estate license and joined Keller Williams to further his commitment to helping others.
Dalton values straightforward communication as the key to success and is dedicated to continuing his family’s legacy while guiding clients through remodeling, new construction, and real estate with confidence and care.
CFO: Robert Shoner
With over 18 years of experience across the commercial, residential, and service sectors of the plumbing and mechanical industry, Robert brings a deep technical foundation and strong leadership to Legion Development. He holds a Master Plumber License, Plumbing & Mechanical Contractor’s Licenses, along with Backflow and Medical Gas certifications credentials that reflect his commitment to safety, precision, and excellence in every project.
Robert takes pride in mentoring teams, solving challenges on the job, and contributing to a company culture built on professionalism and integrity.
Beyond Roberts work, he is a proud husband and father of three incredible children. Robert enjoys golfing and watching his kids excel in their athletic and academic pursuits, moments that keep him grounded and motivated as he continues building Legion Development.
COO: Justin Reaume
With over 20 years of experience spanning the commercial, residential, and service sides of the plumbing and mechanical industry, Justin brings a strong technical background and hands-on leadership to Legion Development. His extensive field experience and problem-solving mindset allow him to manage complex projects efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and craftsmanship.
Justin takes pride in leading crews, mentoring team members, and ensuring work is completed safely, accurately, and to code. His dedication to professionalism and accountability plays a key role in upholding the values and reputation of Legion Development.
Outside of work, Justin is a devoted family man who values time with his loved ones. He enjoys staying active and spending quality time with family and friends, which helps keep him balanced and motivated both personally and professionally.
